The front part of the store is now empty and we are hard at making changes in Paddletales. Our hours have changed though so pease take note on our home page. If you need us to be here at other than regular business hours, please give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate you. Everything should be done in the next week or so. In the meantime it's business as usual.
We attended our first buying show of the season last weekend in Toronto. It's a pretty small show as shows go but we enjoy it a lot and manage to find lots of new items to go on the wall. These should be arriving over the next month. Some of the highlights are the baitballs from Koppers and the frog from Lunkerhunt.
On the 4th of December, Kevin and I are heading to California for a fishing trip with Richard Dobyns. We hope the fishing is better than it was on Lake Fork. Oh well, it's guaranteed to be better than the bass fishing around here right now. We arrive home on the 8th and will have lots to report. Sandie and Fred will keep things under control at Paddletales while we are gone.
The Christmas buying season is just starting and we have a great selection for the discerning fisherman. If you are not sure what to get, we have Christmas stockings as well as gift certificates.
Our next doo is planned for the weekend of February 14th to the 17th. All of our 2014 stock will be on the wall by then and as usual we will have lots of pro-staff on hand. Of course it wouldn't be a Paddletales doo without food. Fried chicken is on the menu for the 15 through17th.
All of us at Paddletales are greatfull for you support in 2013 and hope to serve you in the upcoming year as well.
Merry Christmas and happy New Year to all.
Ed & Sandie
